Platform role
Mottoro is a curated listing platform operated from Muscat, Oman. We review vehicles before publication but, unless a separate written sale agreement states otherwise, Mottoro is not the legal owner of consigned vehicles and acts as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers.
Listing accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to verify mileage, specification, and history using information supplied by the seller and our inspection process. Listings include disclosed accident history where provided. Buyers should inspect any vehicle personally or via an independent specialist before purchase.
Inspection reports
Where a Mottoro inspection report is provided, it reflects our assessment at the time of listing. It is not a manufacturer warranty and does not cover future mechanical failure after purchase unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Buyer protection
If a vehicle purchased through Mottoro is materially different from its published listing — for example undisclosed accident damage, incorrect mileage, or major mechanical defects not mentioned — contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase with evidence. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter, which may include renegotiation, repair contribution, or refund where appropriate.
This policy applies to transactions facilitated by Mottoro where payment and transfer were arranged through our team. It does not apply to off-platform deals arranged without our knowledge.
Seller submissions
By submitting a vehicle you confirm you have authority to sell it and that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our acceptance criteria or brand standards.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, Mottoro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific listing is limited to the fees paid to Mottoro for that transaction, if any.
